- All properties have recently been re-decorated and carpeted to a high standard throughout. Curtains are from Next or Dunelm
- Furniture is matching and of a high quality (normally Ikea).
- Desks and office style "study" chairs
- Tumble dryers and additional sofa beds also feature in many of the properties.
- Some properties have stripped pine floors with a varnished finish.
- All houses have wireless broadband connections
Safe and Secure
- All properties are registered with the council and comply fully with HMO and University regulations.
- All properties have insurance standard locks and a high security integrated key system giving individual locks on all rooms. Most properties have fully integrated alarm systems with touchpad codes.
- All gas appliances serviced annually and safety certificates issued annually by approved CORGI registered contractor.
- Electrical safety certificates issued for each property by NICEIC approved Contractor.
- Fire safety standards complied with via inter-linked mains wired heat and smoke detectors.
- Furniture and furnishings (Fire) and (Safety) regulations 1988 complied with.
- Compliance with Accreditation scheme for Newcastle and Northumbria Universities.
Clean and well maintained
- We provide monthly cleaning of all communal areas.
- Planned maintenance program for all properties. Prompt personal attention given for any repairs. We have a network of selected tradesmen that undertake essential repairs and maintenance very quickly.
